Sr. Manager-PMC-Planning & Design

Key Highlights:

• Shouldered responsibility of managing activities like Design & development, PMC for all proposed projects in Kerala at various locations including mega-large developments such as Integrated and Gated Townships, Boutique and 5 Star Hotels, SEZs, Retail, Residential and Commercial High-End Projects.
• Coordinated with appointed Valuer firms for preparation of property value assessment & Valuation reports for financial institutions/Auditors

Major Projects Handled:

• Desom integrated Township (160 acres) & Residential Development at Kochi in 12 Acres, Hotel and Resort Projects in various locations of state in the rest 168 acres. Total BUA handled-14.2 Million sft

Head-Architecture & PMC

Key Highlights:

• Led firm in the capacity of Head Architecture & PMC.Handled design, PMC , Valuation and managed detailing and coordinated different kinds of Residential & Commercial Projects for the firm.
• Accountable for guiding and synchronizing various Project Consultants for smooth sailing of projects.
• Instrumental in handling clients from scratch to finish and managed customization, value engineering and motivated project team to attain goals as per target.
• Assisted in checking & ensuring constructability of designs & details going to site and confirmed that to be within budget and stress on reducing Non-Tendered Items (NTs) as far as possible during the project. Handled BUA of 1.0 million sft

Engineering Manager-PMC-Design development & Coordination

• Managed a group of Architects and Project Engineers in Design Coordination & Project Management Division and all Service Consultants.
• Instrumental in handling Architectural, Landscape Design and Detailing Management;PMC for Condominium Project of 3.8 million sq. ft. plus built up area in size using “Aluminium Formwork Technology” ( MIVAN)
• Administered activities like implementation of System and Process and built a very good team.
• Efficiently achieved considerable cost saving to the company by way of “Value Engineering”, fast decisions & on the spot design and detailing for Fast-Track Project.
